Yes, all our products are 100% vegan, ethical and cruelty free.

We choose to use certified ingredients where possible, but we are not and don’t claim to be certified organic.

Our products are clean and free from all nasties such as sulphates, phthalates, parabens, petrochemicals, synthetic colours and fragrances.

No, we can assure you that you will be 100% satisfied with Caras Skincare. 

Caras Skincare offers a 30 day return policy. Counting from the day you receive your products we offer you a 30 day guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Conditions to be eligible for a refund:

• You need to provide your receipt for proof of purchase.
• If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products you must provide photographic or video evidence. 
• If your product packaging or content is faulty you must provide photographic or video evidence. 
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to start a return please contact us at [email protected], please describe in you email the problem, provide any photos or videos, your order number as well as your name and phone number and we will reply to you as soon as possible with instructions. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately after receiving your products if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong products, we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We are unable to accept returns and offer refunds on open or used products, unless you have an allergic reaction within 2 weeks of using our products. 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your products we will notify you with a response to your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We ship to Australian wide with Australia Post. Our flat rate is $11 for normal shipping and $14 for express post. We only use 100% biodegradable and recyclable postal packaging.

All our products can suit a sensitive skin well, our skincare was made with sensitive skins in mind and they are made to restore the most sensitive skin barriers.

Our Milk Cleanser, Dust Exfoliant, Pink Clay Mask, Collagen Active, Brilliant Brightening, Multivitamin Active, Circle Luxe Eye Cream, Renewal Active Cream and Luxe Rich Cream.

If we had to pick 2 our favourites they would be our Collagen Active as well as our Luxe Rich Cream.

All our products will suit oily/combination skin, although our Pink Clay Mask is best for this particular skin type as its action is to absorb excess oils while leaving the skin feeling clean, fresh, silky and smooth. Also our Enzyme Balancing and our Balance Probiotic Lotions are best to maintain and balance oil production as well as to eliminate bacteria. 

All our products are created with fantastic active ingredients as well as antioxidants promoting a consistent cell turnover an cell production. Our Collagen Active and our Renewal Cream are our best sellers.

Yes, our skincare range is completely safe to use during pregnancy and while lactating, although It is always best to form your own conclusion by consulting your doctor if you are unsure.

Everyone is different however usually within 2 – 4 weeks depending on your skin complexion and any underlying issues.
